In High School, I joined my High Schools UIL film class, and self-taught myself animation using Adobe Animate. I became progressively better and faster working on my second animated short film, Victoria Forest. I intend to continue practicing using Adobe Animate as well as other software to better my skills and techniques. 

This was my first attempt at traditional animation. It tells the story of a wooden model coming to life and grasping for a sense of reality. I worked on the animation, while my classmate edited and added music to the film. 

My second film working in my UIL class. So far this has been my favorite of the two to work on. Throughout the year, I was always excited to work on it whenever I found myself having free time. This animated short was awarded third place at State Finals for the Traditional Animation category for 5A schools in Texas.
